Ginger is shown to have numerous health benefits due to its anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea, and other properties.

Gingerol is the main bioactive compound in ginger. It's thought to be responsible for many of ginger's medicinal properties. Gingerol has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, according to research. For instance, it may help reduce oxidative stress.

Ginger has a long history of use in various forms of traditional and alternative medicine. It’s been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold, and much more.

We're on a journey to become plastic-free. Until then, we've spent a long time researching the best packaging that keeps our product fresh and minimises it's impact on the planet. 🌎

Pots and lids: these are made out of 1-PET. This is the most widely recycled plastic.

Foil: our aluminium foil lids not only keep our product fresh, but are 'widely recycled' meaning that at least 75% of local UK councils provide household recycling collection facilities for them*.

Don't forget to clean them before you pop them into recycling!

I have been using the ginger powder with a slice of lemon in the morning. It's so easy and more cost effective than using fresh ginger.

Adding lots of veg without chopping!

I mix a bit of ginger powder with hot water (and sometimes a squeeze lemon juice) to boost my immunity when everyone everywhere's coughing. I love the fact that now all my food tastes better without much effort (no need to wash, chop, do any other food prep). Instead of just spinach, I add a dash of garlic, purple+white onion, carrots, red pepper, and beetroot which turns out so good. I do varying combinations of this to my Mac and cheese, my soups, salads, and other dishes. It saves so much time and makes it easier to eat more veg. The parsley is really a lot more flavorful than the supermarket stuff! I hope you soon do coriander/cilantro and chives!! Would love to have organic options as well.
