I was baking a lamb dish and had forgotten to buy the rosemary.
Thankfully it was one of my Jux purchases.
Worked wonderfully. No difference to using fresh in the taste.
I have also used the beetroot which I add to my juices.
The red onion and garlic are also lovely to use.

Homemade burger sauce made even better with Jux Dill. It was so handy and time saving not having to buy and then finely chop fresh dill.

As I have severe arthritis in both wrists, I was finding it increasingly difficult to prepare vegetables!

I used Jux garlic, red onion and rosemary in a chicken recipe where I would usually use fresh. The flavours were all there, just as always, and no messy, time consuming chopping was needed.

Very happy with all my JUX purchases. Made my husband his usual omelette but added Oregano, garlic and a touch of spinach. He said it was amazing!!

My second multiple order from Jux. So convenient to have in the cupboard. Particularly love the beetroot for making dip and hummus, but all very flavoursome. Would not be without Jux in my store cupboard now.

I bought these to give them a go wow I’m so pleased and surprised I get lovely fresh onion taste from this dried little onion no more tears when cooking all the other flavours are also amazing and had such a lovely taste and twist on roasted vegetable

This garlic is so much better than other jars of chopped garlic. It's a much better flavour. It rehydrates in oil which is great for dressings. I also add it to soups and stews.

I use this a lot in cooking. Used it last night in bolognese sauce. Much tastier than dried supermarket herbs and no waste! Win win!
