Coriander is not my favourite herb, so when fresh it goes bad before I use it all. I use everything else Jux, so was exited to try this. I wasn’t disappointed - all the taste of fresh combined with the long shelf life of freeze dried. I love it.

The Coriander and Basil are great for knocking up a quick meal without having to run along to the shops to buy something

As always from the JUX team, a product that just does what it says it does but better! No more stinky fingers! Half a teaspoon equals one clove of garlic (my only mistake assuming 1 teaspoon equal 1 clove so I had very strong flavours for a while. Would highly recommend this product.

So pleased they have added coriander to the amazing range of products. I struggle to grow fresh coriander so having a pot of dehydrated in the cupboard is so handy. I can added to cooking or rehydrate to add as a topping or in salsas and dressings

Great for putting bursts of beetroot into frittata, omelettes. Not used it for anything else so far. Stays properly dried in its container unlike the red pepper which is clumping and sticking together.

Great flavour. Always have this one.

Can be used straight away in most dishes especially with stews and sauces. Also in dressings for salads etc.
