Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- Handful of rocket
- 2 tbsp JUX Carrot
- 2 tbsp JUX Red Pepper
- 2 tbsp JUX Red Onion
- 1 block of halloumi
- 3 tsp chilli jam
- ½ sliced avocado
- Lime wedges
- Mini wraps
Preparation:
1. Slice your halloumi into strips and add to a hot pan.
2. After 2-3 minutes, add the chilli jam to the pan and coat the halloumi.
3. Once caramelised and brown, take off the heat and assemble the tacos.
4. Top rocket, yoghurt, halloumi and avocado with JUX veggies and a squeeze of lime.
