The JUX Broccoli powder helps you get your daily plant variety, and the JUX Beetroot pieces adds an extra sweet crunch for the topping.

Serves 1
Ingredients
● 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
● 1.5 tsp JUX Broccoli Powder
● 1.5 medium frozen bananas
● 75g frozen blueberries
● 1 tbsp peanut butter
● 3 tbsp of milk to blend
Toppings
● 2 tsp JUX Beetroot
● Fresh berries
● Granola
● Coconut
Preparation
1. Add your smoothie ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. If the blender is struggling, add in a splash more milk.
3. Spoon smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
