I have been using the ginger powder with a slice of lemon in the morning. It's so easy and more cost effective than using fresh ginger.

Delighted with my purchase, will definitely be ordering more! Have used in meal prep and smoothies and looking forward to expanding my collection.

I really like all my Jux purchases. The thyme tastes just like the fresh stuff and is easy to use.

I have used the tomato powder in a couple of dishes, firstly a teaspoon in curry lifted the dish to another level, brilliant!

Love the bell pepper pieces - I use them in omelettes, soups, veggie patties (for the freezer) and bolognese so far and I love them. I'd love a powder of this too!

I added about 1/3 tub of carrots to my vegan chilli and they gave it just that little extra layer of flavour that the chilli needed. The rest went in grabbing handfuls to just snack on as well as a few tablespoons going into a vegan yogurty dip.

Love this little pot of magic but I have struggled to find a way to use it in my cooking. So far they’ve been snacked on and used in a vegan yogurt dip. I was hoping for inspiration in the recipe book but there are barely any vegan or vegetarian ideas in there.

Excellent addition to the pantry, handy to add to cooking, salad dressing, or a crunchy topping for a salad
